for staying away from endorsing any candidate at this point, the biggest
puzzling factor is the question was simple and required the simple answer of
"no", when she started dancing around the question I was yelling at the radio
no! no! no!, couldn't believe what I had just heard.
glenn got this info from
somewhere, makes no difference if it was a setup, she needed to handle the
question and put it to bed, she did not. now all the talk shows keep it going,
jeff bolton, john david wells and others around the state, many have thrown her
a lifeline to correct her statements, but the last statements she's given shows
she continues to bail water out of the leaky boat. to make things worse she had
a press conference, where she planted campaign workers or staff in among the
media, they recognized it, now they will never cut her any slack. then last
night glenn brings up medina again and identifies her as a fringe candidate, a 5
percenter, a truther.
i have to admit I was leaning
toward medina before this, she has some good ideas but she has effectively
erased everything she said before hand, now the debate among our groups and the
media rages, the focus is on beck, medina and the fringe elements, exactly where
it should not be. then again maybe it should be?
i have questions with no
answers, was she tryin to pander to an element within her base? even worse our
base? does she believe the government was involved in anyway with the murder of
3000? what questions does she have about 911 that would lead her to believe
that? why after nine years has she not looked into it as a person who seeks
office that would deal with such matters?
early on our group recognized
all the conspiracy bunch would get us into trouble if we went down that road,
besides conspiracy's are not part of our mission statement, there are plenty of
groups or individuals out there that are investigating conspiracy's or so they
say, the list runs on and on, the kennedy assassination, white water, bilderbergs,
911, obama's birth certificate, most will sell you a book, a video, button or t
shirt in order to advance their theory, many are never ending. they're kinda
like the progressives who need perpetual victims to advance their cause. what
i'm saying is as a group we do not have the time or budget to chase such things.
and those that do have created one giant spam machine which everyone hates.
The credibility of the Tea
Party and 912 movements are more important than a single politician who can
paint themselves into a corner in a moments notice.
in the end now we have a
choice, not a clear choice, now instead of holding your nose and voting for the
lesser of two evils it's three. I have no idea what i'm going to do when i get
to the voting booth because of the word "NO".
for the last year we have been
the only ones (tea party's/912s) able to slow down progressive takeover of this
country and stop health care in the congress and senate, it damned sure wasn't
because of the republican party, who for the most part tried to figure out
creative ways to get photo ops with us on capital hill, they were too busy
trying to re-invent themselves. i didn't see one on the front lines (protests)
standing with us, maybe one candidate like darin yancy, there may have been
others, any body see an incumbent?
i have asked for a statewide
convention so we can discuss such matters among the groups and so far it's fell
on deaf ears. the D and R machines are going to deliver us the same mess all
over again, we must recognize this and plan ahead with a new strategy,

LOOK TO THE PAST
In the early 20th century, Argentina was
one of the richest countries in the world. While Great Britain 's maritime
power and its far-flung empire had propelled it to a dominant position among
the world's industrialized nations, only the United States challenged
Argentina for the position of the world's second-most powerful economy.
It
was blessed with abundant agriculture, vast swaths of rich farmland laced with
navigable rivers and an accessible port system. Its level of industrialization
was higher than many European countries: railroads, automobiles and telephones
were commonplace.
In 1916, a new president
was elected. Hipólito Irigoyen had formed a party called The
Radicals under the banner of "fundamental change" with an appeal to
the middle class
Among Irigoyen's changes: mandatory pension insurance, mandatory health
insurance, and support for low-income housing construction to stimulate the
economy. Put simply, the state assumed economic control of a vast swath of the
country's operations and began assessing new payroll taxes to fund its
efforts.
With
an increasing flow of funds into these entitlement programs, the government's
payouts soon became overly generous. Before long its outlays surpassed the
value of the taxpayers' contributions. Put simply, it quickly became
under-funded, much like the United States ' Social Security and Medicare
programs.
The death knell for the
Argentine economy, however, came with the election of Juan Perón. Perón had a
fascist and corporatist upbringing; he and his charismatic wife aimed their
populist rhetoric at the nation's rich
This targeted group
"swiftly expanded to cover most of the propertied middle classes, who became
an enemy to be defeated and humiliated."
Under Perón, the size of government bureaucracies exploded through massive
programs of social spending and by encouraging the growth of labor unions.
High
taxes and economic mismanagement took their inevitable toll even after Perón
had been driven from office. But his populist rhetoric and "contempt for
economic realities" lived on. Argentina 's federal government continued to
spend far beyond its means.
Hyperinflation exploded in 1989,
the final stage of a process characterized by "industrial protectionism,
redistribution of income based on increased wages, and growing state
intervention in the economy."
The Argentinean
government's practice of printing money to pay off its public debts had
crushed the economy. Inflation hit 3000%,
reminiscent of the Weimar Republic . Food riots were rampant; stores were
looted; the country descended into chaos.
And
by 1994, Argentina 's public pensions - the equivalent of Social Security -
had imploded. The payroll tax had increased from 5% to 26%, but it wasn't
enough. In addition, Argentina had implemented a value-added tax (VAT), new
income taxes, a personal tax on wealth, and additional revenues based upon the
sale of public enterprises. These crushed the private sector, further damaging
the economy.
A government-controlled
"privatization" effort to rescue seniors' pensions was attempted. But, by 2001,
those funds had also been raided by the government, the monies replaced by
Argentina 's defaulted government bonds
By 2002, ".government
fiscal irresponsibility. induced a national economic crisis as severe as
America 's Great Depression."
In 1902 Argentina was
one of the world's richest countries.
Little more than a hundred years later, it is poverty-stricken, struggling to
meet its
debt obligations amidst a drought.
We've
seen this movie before. The Democrats' populist plans can't possibly work,
because government bankrupts everything it touches. History teaches us that
ObamaCare and unfunded entitlement programs will be utter, complete disasters.
Today's Democrats are
guilty of more than stupidity; they are enslaving future generations to
poverty and misery. And they will be long gone when it all implodes. They will
be as cold and dead as Juan Perón when the piper must ultimately be paid.

RECOGNIZE WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THEIR COUNTRY, THEY WILL KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN
BAMBOOZLED AND ROBBED BY THE POLITICIANS IN BOTH PARTY'S, OUR COUNTRY'S
WEALTH PISSED AWAY, AT THIS POINT THE GOVERNMENT OWNS AND CONTROLS
ANYTHING THEY DEEM TO BIG TO FAIL (THE GOVERNMENT HAS BOUGHT UP OR CONFISCATED
MILLIONS OF ACRES OF LAND AS WILDLIFE RESERVES OR AS NATIONAL PARKS,
LAND WITH OIL, COAL AND GAS RESERVES),
THERE WILL BE CIVIL UNREST AND TROOPS IN THE STREETS, BOTH POLITICAL PARTY'S
WILL POINT FINGERS, CHAOS WILL SWEEP ACROSS THE COUNTRY, GANGS AND LOCKED DOWN
COMMUNITIES WILL BE THE ORDER OF THE DAY, TRAVEL IS A THING OF THE PAST, THE
COST OF EVERYTHING SKYROCKETS AS HYPER INFLATION SETS IN, SHORTAGES OF
EVERYTHING FROM FUEL TO FOOD, FAMILIES ARE SEPARATED ACROSS THE COUNTRY,
POLITICAL OPPOSITION IS BANNED, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO JOIN A UNION, YOU WILL BE
MONITORED, THE PEOPLE WILL BE CONTROLLED THROUGH GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES, UNIONS,
HEALTH CARE, CAP AND TRADE, OUR BORDERS WILL BE NON EXISTENT, MILLIONS OF
ILLEGALS SEEKING BENEFITS WILL OVERWHELM OUR COMMUNITIES, LET THE
RATIONING AND DEATH PANELS BEGIN, WE WILL BECOME A THIRD WORLD NATION, FAST
TRACKED BY THE SOCIALIST POLITICIANS SEEKING A BASE TO KEEP THEM IN POWER, THE

It may be wrong...but it is definitely POSSIBLE. I think
that political and economic tensions are building up right
now, and things could get to the "boiling
point" very quickly and without warning.
What I also just read today is that
there is
now a "check station" (NOT a "weigh station") on I-10 going
WEST toward SAN ANTONIO.
This would presumably be set up as a check point for
travelers on I-10 to be stopped by military-type police.
The person who just wrote this and posted the above
YouTube
video today (10/15/09) said that he/she would take a picture
of it the next time he/she passed that way.
Keep your eyes open for such things
on other major highways. Also, get some
GOOD county maps showing all of the back roads in
case you need to travel to another location. But
DO IT IN TIME...don't
hold out just because you have a job...IF you honestly feel
that "something is brewing" and it's making you rather
uncomfortable. IF
anything does happen, it may be too late for you to exit
your area...especially if you live in a large or medium-size
city.
Maybe this is the time to take a
little week of vacation. Have
some clothes, food, water and a hand-crank radio packed in
your car...just in case. Just be careful. Do not
let your imagination run wild or let fear take hold of you.
Being PREPARED helps you make more rational decisions when
TSHTF.
BTW,
if you have no other place to go besides your home in the
city, then HAVE SOME PROVISIONS of everything you would
need...for at least 3 months MINIMUM...stored at your

USAF C-20B, Gulfstream III,
that comes with the Speaker's job...no, Madame
Pelosi was
aggravated that this little jet had to stop to refuel, so she ordered a
Big Fat 200-seat USAF C-32, Boeing 757 jet that could get her back to
California without stopping!
Many,
many legislators walked by and grinned with glee as they were informed
everyone that Nancy's Big Fat Jet costs us, the hard working
American tax payers, thousands of gallons of fuel every week.
Since she only works 3 days a week, this gas guzzling jet gets fueled
and she flies home to California , cost to the taxpayers of about
$60,000, one way! As Joe put it, 'Unfortunately we have to pay to bring
her back on Monday night.' Cost to us another $60,000.
Folks,
that is $480,000 per month and that is an annual cost to the taxpayers
of $5,760,000. No wonder she complains about the cost of this war...it
might cramp her style and she is styling, on my back and yours. I think
of the military families in this country doing without and this woman,
who heads up the most do-nothing Congress in the history of this
country keeps fueling that jet while doing nothing.
Madame
Pelosi wants you and me to conserve our carbon footprint. She wants us
to buy smaller cars and Obama wants us to get a bicycle pump and air
up our tires. These people are nuts.

Michigan'S reform hopes
Any hope Michigan had for
avoiding another budget fiasco went out the window back in February, when
President Barack Obama rammed through his economic stimulus package.
A substantial portion of the
$800 billion was directed to states to be spent at their discretion.
As soon as Gov. Jennifer
Granholm found out the check was in the mail, she backed out of her weak
commitment to embrace reform and went AWOL on the budget.
Instead of turning the crisis
into an opportunity to fix what's wrong with Michigan, the governor did the
math: $2 billion of federal dough to stuff into the budget hole over two years
carries her to the end of her term and allows her to keep her eight-year record
of inaction intact. After that, Granholm can fly off to Washington or Hollywood
or wherever she's headed next and leave her successor with the biggest mess any
Michigan governor -- or perhaps any governor anywhere -- ever inherited.
So for nine months Granholm did
nothing, even as the crisis outgrew her calculations and became too big to erase
even with the massive infusion of federal funds. Could anything be more
maddening than listening to Granholm and lawmakers claim during the past few
weeks that it's too late to enact meaningful reforms in this round of budget
talks? With time running out, the only options were severe spending cuts and
damaging tax hikes.
But nobody explained what's
kept the governor so busy for the past nine months that she couldn't lead the
charge for government reform. Why didn't she start the ball rolling in January,
March or even May on the multitude of money-saving ideas offered by business and
civic groups? That would have given the state plenty of time to lay the
foundation for reform.
The answer is that Granholm
made a carefully calculated bet that she could again sidestep her obligations to
the people of this state. This time, her strategy was spending Obama bucks to
maintain the status quo rather than build a new economic infrastructure for
Michigan, which, by the way, was what Obama promised they'd do. Granholm bet
wrong. And when she realized this budget was collapsing, all she could think to
say was: Raise taxes.
Innovation, boldness,
creativity, courage -- these concepts form the outline of Granholm's wispy
speeches when she's posing in Washington and elsewhere as a cutting-edge
governor. But they can't be found anywhere in her policies for Michigan. She
won't lead, and she won't allow others to step into the void.
That's why this year's budget
will end up looking as if it were shaped with a chainsaw. It's why classrooms
will be more crowded and academic programs decimated, even as the exorbitant
benefits of teachers are untouched and the inefficiency of maintaining 553
separate school districts continues. It's why we're killing college
scholarships, even while state workers are doing jobs the private sector could
perform at half the cost. It's why we're watching unemployment rise, even while
clinging to a job-killing business tax surcharge. And it's why things won't be
any different next year, despite the assurances from Lansing that reform will
top the agenda.
Nothing will change until a new
governor, one with the gumption to lead, is seated, "PREFERABLY NOT A DEMOCRAT".

tens of millions of dollars, in order to hire 650 more workers to administer
the
food stamp program.
You can always count on liberals to come up with crazy ideas at precisely
the wrong time. Hiring hundreds of new bureaucrats to expand the welfare
state in Texas would be a terrible idea at any time, but right now it would
be one of the worst things that could happen to our economy. Apparently the
mainstream media has learned absolutely nothing from the disaster that's
taking place in California
due to just this type of thinking. California used to have one of the most
robust economies in the US, but that hasn't been the case for quite some
time. In fact, a recent article asked if California will be "the first
failed state." There are a lot of factors that have contributed to
California's steep decline, but one of the biggest is out of control welfare
spending. In Los Angeles,
with nearly four million residents, twenty percent of them are below the
poverty line and qualify for some sort of assistance. Statewide, California
has a 12.1 percent
unemployment rate. That's well above the national average.
Contrast that with Texas. Our unemployment rate is 8.1 percent; well below
the national average, and far below the California rate. Governor Perry told
the Wall Street Journal
recently that "Texas created more jobs in 2008 than the rest of the
states-combined." There's an old saying - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Here in Texas, it ain't broke. We certainly don't need to hire 650 more
food stamp department workers. Yes, we need more jobs, but they should be
private enterprise jobs where people actually provide goods and services.
To do that, we have to keep taxes and government spending as low as
possible. Hiring 650 paper pushing bureaucrats, who produce nothing of
value, at an annual cost of tens of millions of dollars would be a huge step
in the wrong direction.
The liberal newspapers are wringing their hands because there's a backlog of
cases, and people have to wait to receive food stamps. Well, call me old
fashioned, but I think people should have to wait. Going on public
assistance shouldn't be easy, or we create incentives for people on the
margins of society to do it. The money for food stamps comes out of the
pockets of people like you and me. We work hard, we play by the rules, and
we pay our taxes. Our money, which we could be spending on our own families,
is taken from us by the threat of force to pay for food stamps and other
forms of welfare. If people want to live off of our labor and sweat, it
should take a lot more than just quickly filling out a couple forms to
qualify. Besides, even the liberal media admits that a big part of the
problem is incompetent employees - one in six delays is caused by incorrect
filing of paperwork. Fixing this
huge productivity problem would make a lot more sense than hiring 650 more
employees, who probably would be no more competent than the current ones.
Furthermore, there is a lot of evidence that food stamps aren't effective,
and that they actually do more harm than good. Several years ago
Senator Phil Gramm
caught all kinds of flak from left-wingers for saying "America is the only
country in the world whose poor people are fat." He was called stingy and
mean spirited. Well, the fact is, he was in part correct. Obesity is a
major health problem in America, and according to one study funded by the US
Department of Agriculture,
people on food stamps weigh even more, on average, than non-recipients.
Food stamps are problematic in that not only is there a correlation to
obesity, but they also weaken the social bonds that bind us to one another.
Friends, family, churches and charities do a much better job of
helping people in need
while not providing an incentive to work less. We all need to rely more on
each other, and less on the
government. Food stamps should be a last resort, not the first one.
Another reason we need to oppose this is that food stamps are notorious for
being abused. Much of that abuse is perfectly legal. One of the rules is
that food stamps can't be used to buy cooked foods, so you'd think that
restaurant food would be strictly off limits. But that isn't the case.
More and more restaurants sell food that customers cook at home, such as
take and bake pizza chains. One national chain alone,
Papa Murphy's, has
dozens of Texas locations. One of their
store managers
recently told a reporter that "I'd say here, especially at the beginning of
the month, 1 out of every 4 customers probably comes in here with food
stamps." On top of that is the huge problem of outright fraud. Switching
from actual stamps to electronic debit cards was supposed to eliminate
fraud, but it clearly hasn't. Most of the fraud goes on at small
convenience stores, where the clerk will allow the
food stamp recipients
to buy alcohol or cigarettes, but instead ring up the sale for a legitimate
item, and take a kickback for their trouble. Another common tactic is to
ring up say, $250 in legitimate sales, when no sale took place. The store
clerk can then give $150 cash to the customer, and keep $100 cash for
himself.
Finally, no discussion of an overloaded food stamp bureaucracy is complete
without talking about illegal immigration. Just how much of this problem is
caused by people who aren't even in the country legally
applying for food stamps? No one can say for sure, but there's
little doubt that it's a significant cause of the system being backlogged.
Liberals like to insist that illegal aliens can't get food stamps. They
conveniently overlook the rampant documentation fraud among illegals. In
addition, any household that contains an American citizen qualifies. So two
people can come here illegally and then have a baby. Because everyone born
on American soil is considered a legal citizen, the household now qualifies
for food stamps. There are no doubt thousands of
Texas food stamp recipients
in this situation. We shouldn't start to consider hiring an army of
additional food stamp bureaucrats until
illegals are removed from the welfare rolls.
We can't afford to hire 650 additional bureaucrats at a time like this, no
matter what the liberal media claims. Our Texas economy is the most vibrant
one in America and we didn't build it on
wasteful government spending
on programs where fraud and incompetence are rampant. It would be foolish
to start heading down that road now. We need to keep doing the things that
made our robust economy what it is today, and avoid becoming another
California type bureaucratic and welfare disaster. Call, write and fax your
legislators today and insist that they block this unnecessary and harmful
spending on more welfare bureaucracy.

According to a
health care expert, the
health care plan
currently being debated in the United States Senate
(America's Healthy Future Act) will fine Americans up to $1,900 if
they do not purchase health insurance, and if they refuse to pay the fine,
they can be thrown in jail for a year or fined $25,000. And the
IRS would be the government agency
coming after you to collect.
Dennis Smith is a senior fellow in healthcare reform at
The Heritage
Foundation's Center for Health Policy Studies. He says that penalty is just
one of the many "hidden, unknown consequences" in the legislation. (Baucus'
proposal contains 'hidden consequences')
The plan will also force severe rationing of health care to seniors by penalizing the 10% of doctors
who submit the most in reimbursements to Medicare. This inevitably
will pressure doctors to prescribe fewer and cheaper treatments just to avoid
being the one doctor in 10 whose pay will be docked.
Since there will be a top 10% every year, doctors are likely to severely
restrict treatment anywhere and everywhere they can, because they will have no
way of knowing where the threshold is.
The bottom line is that ObamaCare will send folks who can't afford
insurance to jail and will result in rationing of care to seniors. That makes
it bad for Americans of all ages.

This could be a scandal of epic proportions and one
that makes Nixon's Watergate or Clinton's Monica Lewinsky affair pale by
comparison. Why was there neither rhyme nor reason as to which dealerships of
the Chrysler Corporation were to be closed?
Roll the clock back to the weeks just before
Chrysler declared bankruptcy. Chrysler, like GM, was in dire financial straights
and federal government graciously offered to "buy the company" and keep them out
of bankruptcy and "save jobs." Chrysler was, in the words of Obama and his
administration, "Too big to fail," same story with GM.
The feds organized their "Automotive Task Force" to
fix Chrysler and GM. Obama, in an act that is 100% unconstitutional, appointed a
guy named Steve Rattner to be the White House's official Car Czar- literally,
that's what his title is. Rattner is the liaison between Obama, Chrysler, and
GM.
Initially, the national media reported that Chrysler
had made this list of dealerships. That is not true. The Washington Examiner,
Newsmax, Fox News and a host of other news agencies discovered that the list of
dealerships was put together by the "Automotive Task Force" headed by no one
other then Mr. Steve Rattner. Now the plot thickens. Remember earlier we said
that there was neither rhyme nor reason why certain dealerships were closed?
Actually there's a very interesting pattern as to
who was closed down. Again, on May 27, 2009, The Washington Examiner and Newsmax
exposed the connection. Amazingly, of the 789 dealerships closed by the federal
government 788 had donated money, exclusively, to Republican political causes,
while contributing nothing to Democratic political causes. The only "Democratic"
dealership on the list was found to have donated $7,700 to Hillary's campaign,
and a bit over $2,000 to John Edwards. This same dealership, reportedly, also
gave $200.00 to Obama's campaign. Does that seem a little odd to you?
Steve Rattner, the guy who put the list together.
Well he happens to be married to a babe named Maureen White. Maureen happens to
be the former national finance chairman of the Democratic National Committee. As
such, she would have access to campaign donation records from everyone in the
nation, Republican or Democrat. But of course, this is just a wacky coincidence,
we're certain.
Then comes another really wacky coincidence. On that
list of dealerships being closed down, a weird thing happed in Arkansas, North
Louisiana, and Southern Missouri. It seems that Bill Clinton's former White
House Chief of Staff, Mack McClarty, owns a chain of dealership in that region,
partnered with a fellow by the name of Robert Johnson. Johnson happens to be
founder of Black Entertainment Television and was a huge Obama supporter and
financier.
These guys own a half dozen Chrysler stores under
the company title of RLJ-McClarty-Landers. Interestingly, none of their
dealerships were ordered closed - not one- while all of their competing
Chrysler/Dodge and Jeep dealership were! Eight dealerships located near the
dealerships owned by McClarty and Johnson were ordered shut down.
Thus, by pure luck, these two major Obama supporters
now have virtual monopoly on Chrysler sales in their zone. Isn't that amazing?
Go look in The Washington Examiner, the story's there, and it's in a dozen or so
other web-based news organization, this isn't being made up.
Now if you thought Chrysler was owned by Fiat, you
are truly mistaken. Under the federal court ruling, 65% of Chrysler is now owned
by the federal government and the United Auto Worker's union- Fiat owns 20%. The
other 15% is till privately owned and presumably will be traded on the stock
market. Obama smiles and says he doesn't want to run the auto industry.
As horrifying as this is to comprehend, and being as
how this used to be the United States of America, it would appear that the
president has the power to destroy private businesses and eliminate upwards of
100,000 jobs, just because they don't agree with his political agenda.
This is Nazi Germany stuff, and it's happening right
here, right now, in your back yard. There are voices in Washington demanding an
explanation, but the "Automotive Task Force" has released no information to the
public or any of the senators demanding answers for what has been done. Keep
your ear to the ground for more on this story. If you've ever wanted to make a
difference about anything in your life, get on the phone to your national
Senator or Representative in the House and demand an investigation on this.
Benjamin Franklin had it right when he said, "All
that's necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing."
Car Czar No More
An amazing thing happed as this story was going to
press. Obama's Car Czar, Steve Rattner, resigned on July 13 and was promptly
replaced by former steel workers union boss Ron Bloom.
According to CBS News, Rattner left "to return to
private life and spend time with his family." Treasure Secretary Tim Geithner
said, "I hope that he takes another opportunity to bring his unique skills to
government service in the future."
By the way, Rattner is under investigation for a
multi-million dollar pay-to-play investment bank scandal in New York. Uh-oh!
But, we're certain that had nothing to do with his resignation. And, according
to several news sources out there, there are rumors he's being investigated for
what could be pay-to-play scandal involving the closing of Chrysler and GM
dealerships.
Really?
Again, that couldn't have anything to with his
resignation- that's ridiculous!
Like CBS said, this guy just wants to spend more
quality time with his family. Obama has thirty-two personally appointed "czars"
that answer to no one but him, all of whom are acting without any Constitutional
authority.
But hey, we're sure they all have "unique skills,"

SO I KINDA SAT AT THE BACK OF THE ROOM NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION FOR THE MOST

BECAUSE THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ARLINGTON, THEN THE FIRST CANDIDATE CAUGHT
MY ATTENTION, A GUY FROM NEW YORK OF ALL PLACES, MATHEW E. KELLY WAS IS
HIS NAME, NOW I WOULD USUALLY CONSIDER THIS GUY A CARPET BAGGER, BUT HE HAS BEEN
FIGHTING THE MADNESS THAT OUR POLITICIANS HAVE HEAPED UPON US, WITH LAW SUITS
AND A BOOK CALLED EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED TO NO ABOUT BAILOUT FRAUD, HE IS
